Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at The Hotel Avalon Alpharetta. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ring guest checks correctly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain the highest level of standards for all product preparation
  • Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, service stations or seating areas
Requirements
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures
  • Ability to effectively deal with and resolve conflict situations
  • Ability to sit and/or stand and work continually in confined spaces
