Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in nonprofit management, including expertise in fundraising, volunteer coordination, team development, and grant-making.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, ability to inspire, develop, and lead teams effectively, and proficiency in active listening, interpreting information, negotiating, and building consensus.
Benefits:

In addition to a competitive base salary of $175,000 - $195,000 (DOE), this position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, accident and legal insurance, and access to Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts.
