Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of retirement plans, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with lead advisors to deliver exceptional services to existing clients while addressing complex operational and compliance matters.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of plan design, customer service, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate quarterly reporting for all retirement clients, including meeting minutes and ongoing client initiatives.
  • Manage daily communications with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Oversee plan coordination with service providers and actively participate in client meetings and calls.
  • Proactively identify and resolve plan issues within established timelines.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 6 & 63, along with applicable state licenses, is necessary within a specified timeframe.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the financial services industry is essential.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the industry is crucial.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in investment products is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are necessary.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Face-to-face experience, preferably in a field structure setting, is required.
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable in a growing organization.
