This position is part of the Airports Team within the Customer Experience Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining a safety-first environment that ensures outstanding customer service.
- Champion safety: Identify safety concerns and address them proactively.
- Set team and individual objectives aligned with departmental and organizational goals; mentor and coach front-line team members.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with team members.
- Allocate resources effectively and provide necessary support to help teams achieve operational targets.
- Conduct self-audits and observations to ensure ongoing safety and reliability of operations.
- Encourage effective communication across departments.
- Handle escalated service issues and remain visible to team members during challenges.
- Efficiently communicate key corporate and local information to front-line leaders.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in airport customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to inspire peak performance in the workforce.
- Strong active listening and comprehension skills.
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and executing with urgency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
