About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) market.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our sales team, product experts, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the WTS market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing products and services
  • Work closely with sales team, product experts, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts, track sales activities, and analyze sales performance
  • Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to identify customer requirements, competitive trends, and business challenges/organizational needs
  • Develop strategic plans to address both short-term and long-term requirements of customers to help generate new revenue streams
  • Leverage a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich knowledge base, facilitate sales wins, and achieve customer goals and success through active collaboration efforts
  • Develop and nurture high-level relationships within a comprehensive customer base to enhance long-term viability and greater account penetration
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business-to-business sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work independently and manage time precisely. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for occasional travel within the local market.
