Starting Compensation: $17.75 (including shift differential)

There are a minimum of 3 salary increases within the first 2 years of employment.

After 24 months: exceeding $23.00 per hour with yearly salary increments.

The fabrication department is tasked with loading tools, managing components, and operating press brakes safely while keeping precise records of finished products and any damaged or unusable items produced. Our workforce collaborates under shared values to foster trust, impress our clients, and pursue continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Separate and categorize sheet metal components from full sheet remnants.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Autodesk Vault and digital documentation systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to accurately identify components.
  • Maintain a high degree of precision during sorting, labeling, and documenting parts.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy working environment.
  • Complete all quality assurance and safety protocols and documentation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as instructed.
  • Identify, set up, and bend components necessary for production requirements.
  • Achieve a suitable balance between machine uptime, operational efficiency, and quality standards.
