We are looking for a dynamic Senior Partner Success Manager (PSM) to enhance our strategic partnerships across North America. This role focuses on optimizing the value derived from these partnerships through innovative revenue strategies and data-informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust business acumen, exceptional communication skills suitable for C-level interactions, and a comprehensive understanding of the travel experiences sector. A successful track record in account development and strategic planning, coupled with the ability to persuade clients through customized insights, is crucial. Strong analytical capabilities and business insight are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for major global partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics to inform decisions that enhance partner performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Demand Forecasting: Predict the demand trends of significant e-commerce and travel platforms to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with client executives to shape strategies that foster growth.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account planning processes to engage senior client stakeholders, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitive dynamics to formulate effective growth strategies with partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in roles involving APIs, affiliate technologies, and managing distribution of tours and activities with global travel platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional global teams (e.g., product, sales, strategy, marketing).
  • Experience working closely with executives to articulate strategic vision and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to operate independently in a complex environment, delivering rigorous, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating intellectual rigor.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
