Role Summary

As a Sales Coordinator at LMG, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various departments to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on event logistics, equipment requirements, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with show assistants to create and review proposals for clients.
  • Oversee all aspects of event details and logistics, including venue visits and power requirements.
  • Manage event installation, operation, and strike, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Prepare final documentation and follow up with clients to determine satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience developing technical proposals for various types of events
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
