Position Overview

**Hybrid Work Model Available**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Facilitate the coordination of real estate transaction closings.

· Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, financial institutions, real estate professionals, and other involved parties.

· Efficiently manage and execute pre-closing, closing, and post-closing processes.

· Prepare, review, and authorize residential settlement statements and/or closing disclosures along with other necessary documentation.

· Organize the signing of closing documents as instructed by the transaction participants.

· Authorize disbursements in line with the instructions of the involved parties and relevant regulations.

· Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation including contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, mortgages, deeds, and title policies.

· Assist in rectifying document discrepancies as required, either directly with clients or through legal representatives.

· Collaborate closely with the post-closing team to ensure the recording of relevant documents and issuance of policies.

· Gather necessary conveyance and curative documents to prepare files for closing.

· Work in partnership with all stakeholders, including back office operations, offshore support teams, clients, title agents, lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a title or closing company is advantageous.

· Ability to work under general supervision.

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.

· Experience in national purchase closings is preferable.

· Familiarity with ResWare or similar closing software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods. Regular oral communication is necessary, and the role involves using hands and fingers for typing, handling, and reaching. Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and printers is essential. Specific vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
