Purchase Title Insurance Closer

At Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Title Insurance Closer to join our team. As a key member of our closing team, you will be responsible for coordinating real estate purchase closings, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and approve residential settlement statements and closing disclosures, as well as other closing documents and affidavits.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, lenders, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful transactions.
  • Work closely with the closing team to coordinate the recording of documents and issue policies.
  • Assist with the correction of document deficiencies and obtain necessary curative documents to clear files for closing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the success of our closing operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in title or closing company preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required.
  • National purchase closing experience and proficiency in ResWare or similar closing software preferred.
