As a vital member of our team, you will engage with both internal and external clients to facilitate order processing and address inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately process customer and internal orders using ERP software.
  2. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their orders.
  3. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any outstanding issues.
  4. Update order information regularly.
  5. Coordinate with planning and shipping teams to manage order logistics.
  6. Handle Change Orders effectively.
  7. Ensure products are released for shipping and all necessary documentation is completed.
  8. Guarantee that orders are shipped according to established schedules.
  9. Perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently.
  10. Assist the Materials team in enhancing departmental operations.
  11. Work collaboratively with other departments as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide backup support for other roles within the Materials Scheduling team as needed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Materials Scheduling Manager.

Authority:

You have the authority to request necessary supplies and resources to fulfill your responsibilities and to collaborate with other departments to address any issues related to your role.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English.
  • Reliable attendance and dependability.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and operate a computer. Specific vision abilities are necessary for reading printed materials and using a computer. Effective communication skills are also essential.

Work Environment:

This position is based in an office setting with a business casual dress code. The role involves working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and interaction with various departments.
