Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in leading the functional and technical discussion with our key prospects to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise will help create innovative, configured solutions for our customers, driving user adoption and retention while collecting valuable customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Jointly work with sales reps to demonstrate value and drive deals functionally and technically
- Help lead the discovery process, uncovering a prospect's business objectives and current challenges
- Deliver configured presentations and demos with a focus on business requirements
- Work with customers to understand and validate technical requirements
- Lead teams internally on projects and training
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- 5+ years in the Computer Industry and 3+ years of Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Aptitude to think strategically to overcome technical and security roadblocks
- Ability to stay focused under pressure and thrive while working with prospects to solve their most challenging issues
- Experience coding/scripting/working in multiple programming languages, as well as data integration, especially RESTful APIs
