Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Professional to join our team at Seco Tools. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for retaining and growing business with existing customers, generating sales from new customers, and anticipating and understanding customer needs to match them with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Provide technical product support and training to customers and partners.
  • Collect and communicate business and market intelligence to product and sales management.
  • Establish and prioritize sales plans and activities to meet/exceed targets.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical, consultative, or solution-focused sales role.
  • Strong technical aptitude in a manufacturing environment.
  • CRM experience creating and achieving forecast, maintaining, and documenting sales activity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
