Job Summary:

BridgePoint Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to provide professional nursing care to patients in a safe and welcoming environment. The LPN will work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, administering nursing care to designated patients and demonstrating clinical competence in nursing procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse

Supervise unlicensed nursing personnel and perform other duties as assigned

Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with professional staff, patients, and all facility personnel

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Nursing School

Current LPN License from the District of Columbia Department of Health

BLS required

Previous experience in general nursing
