Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and functional ability.
  • Administer occupational therapy interventions at multiple locations, including inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and programs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with patients with physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitation needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
