A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

In your role as a Customer Service Rep, you will be the welcoming voice on the phone, responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming service requests, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining scheduling efficiency while providing excellent customer care. You will take pride in contributing to our team's success and upholding our esteemed reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong computer skills with a typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Dependable with excellent time management abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Background in HVAC or home services
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
