Position Overview:
As an integral part of our organization, the Assistant Community Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming environment for residents. This position is based at Station House and offers a competitive hourly wage of $25-$26, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate resident records
  • Foster positive relationships with residents
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Manage lease renewals
  • Promote the community effectively
  • Prepare move-out documentation
  • Process service requests

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in property management
  • Familiarity with Yardi and On-Site software
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
