We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hopkins and Company. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain administrative duties for all restaurant staff
  • Oversee operations management, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure excellent service
  • Develop and implement scheduling and training plans to ensure staff are equipped to deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory management of non-food and beverage items
  • Manage costs of goods sold (COGs) and profit contribution (PCW)
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure the restaurant remains in excellent condition
  • Lead daily service operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent math, reading, writing, and communication skills
