Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee personal and social schedules, manage appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with staff across multiple residences in the U.S.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the family office
- Manage daily personal tasks and errands
- Sort and organize incoming mail
- Handle communications with utmost confidentiality
- Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and entertainment options
- Plan meetings, social gatherings, and work with external vendors
- Supervise art collections, furniture placements, and interior design initiatives

Qualifications:
