Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personal and social schedules, manage appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Collaborate with staff across multiple residences in the U.S.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the family office
  • Manage daily personal tasks and errands
  • Sort and organize incoming mail
  • Handle communications with utmost confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and entertainment options

Qualifications:
