Sales Role
This is a unique opportunity for seasoned sales professionals in the dynamic housing sector. Leverage your sales expertise within a thriving organization that values activity and engagement. No real estate license is required. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive company culture.
Compensation Structure: $20.00 per hour plus commission, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $110,000.
Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401K Retirement Plan.
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday availability by appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Researches community listings to gain a comprehensive understanding of available properties and the surrounding market.
- Engages with potential clients to solicit property listings.
- Accompanies clients to community sites, providing purchase price quotes, detailing features, and discussing sale conditions or lease terms.
- Prepares purchase agreements, leases, and negotiates offers related to community properties.
- Assists buyers and sellers in acquiring necessary information or services, including financing, maintenance, repairs, or appraisals.
- Collects photographs and measurements of properties for use in promotional materials.
- Demonstrates the ability to independently prioritize tasks.
- Inspects properties to identify any necessary repairs and communicates findings to the owner.
- Fosters strong resident relations through ongoing communication and a commitment to courteous customer service, contributing to self-generated sales.
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
- Minimum Experience: 2-4 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Field of Expertise: No license required; real estate license does not need to change brokers.
- Preferred Education: Associate Degree or completion of a technical program.
- Preferred Experience: 4 years in a related field.
- Flexibility for weekend scheduling is essential, with Saturday availability being mandatory.
