Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist to join our Community Justice team. As an Office Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Justice team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of clerical and office experience, including public contact, required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications required.
Working Conditions

This position is located in Medford, OR and requires regular attendance and reliable transportation. The work environment is generally quiet and comfortable, with occasional exposure to disruptive people.
