Join Our Team as a Contact Center Specialist, Case Management

At Medical Service Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Specialist, Case Management to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume same-day urgent orders
  • Review and verify patient demographic information
  • Confirm and validate insurance coverage
  • Collect method of payment when applicable
  • Provide excellent communication skills to interact with customers over the phone
  • Accurately document patient and referral interactions
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited high school
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
