Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Specialist, Case Management to join our team at Medical Service Company. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails related to respiratory, durable medical equipment, and re-supplies.
  • Review and verify patient demographic information, insurance coverage, and benefits.
  • Make outbound calls to physician offices and hospitals to request documentation and confirm patient information.
  • Collect payment information and process transactions according to MSC protocol.
  • Utilize Medical Service Company's designated tools and software to document patient interactions and manage tasks.
  • Collaborate with other contact center specialists, technicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
