Part-Time Contact Center Specialist, Case Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Specialist, Case Management to join our team at Medical Service Company. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails related to respiratory, durable medical equipment, and re-supplies.
- Review and verify patient demographic information, insurance coverage, and benefits.
- Make outbound calls to physician offices and hospitals to request documentation and confirm patient information.
- Collect payment information and process transactions according to MSC protocol.
- Utilize Medical Service Company's designated tools and software to document patient interactions and manage tasks.
- Collaborate with other contact center specialists, technicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.50 or more.
