  • Provide strong leadership and training to team members.
  • Understand property operations and financial management thoroughly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and commitment.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Possess experience in both affordable and market-rate housing.
  • Network and contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Preferred: CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.
  • Familiarity with industry software systems, particularly Yardi.
