Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Mill Creek Residential. As a key member of our community operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in maintaining all aspects of community operations, including sales and marketing, customer service, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Warmly greet prospective residents, create personal connections, and determine needs and preferences. Answer incoming calls, handle applications, and complete lease paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Understand and support the customer experience vision, communicate service guarantees, and take ownership of resolving customer concerns.
  • Operational Standards: Maintain accurate records, update reports, and participate in revenue management calls. Oversee normal duties of Concierge and Leasing Consultants.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years multi-family leasing or related property management experience or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to exercise professional judgment, and in-depth knowledge of community, inventory, pricing, and availability.
