Job Summary

AirSculpt is seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including but not limited to: administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields correctly, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization correctly.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, daily clinical and surgical schedule, and anticipate appropriately.
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
  • Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Increase physicians' overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience.
  • Complete other projects and/or duties as determined by clinical leadership members.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
