Job Summary:

Spectraforce Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Nurse Reviewer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Nurse Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of medical records data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of medical records to validate abstracted data and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Enter findings electronically into a specified database to support HEDIS reporting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HEDIS Quality Assurance Team Lead and other client personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including HEDIS medical record review and outreach for collection of medical records.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements, adhering to measured standards.

Requirements:

  • RN or LPN/LVN license required.
  • 3-5 years of HEDIS experience preferred.
  • Quality improvement or medical record review experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
