Job Overview

We are seeking results-oriented sales professionals to bring our products and services to underserved markets. In this role, you will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.

  • You will analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • You will tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Fully apply all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma/GED (Required).
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required).
  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required).
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required).
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required).
  • Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills (Required).
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is $43,080 - $77,640. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
