The estimated annual salary for this role is between $165k to $175k, with a 30% sales incentive included.
Job Description
The Business Development Manager leads direct and indirect sales efforts supporting the Thermal Services business segment, including thermal contracts, installed solutions, extended warranties, thermal parts, and engineering services.
This role involves developing overall area strategy to meet or exceed established orders targets, performing regular sales calls on existing accounts, and attaining sales quotas and planning goals in assigned product and program areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years' service sales experience
- Ability to negotiate in tough situations and gain trust quickly
- Working knowledge of Data Center & Communication Industries preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritize leads
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and written/oral communication skills
- BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
