Strategic HR Business Partner for Talent Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our HR Business Partner Team, you will work closely with senior and executive leadership to drive business growth and organizational success.
About the Role- You will serve as a strategic advisor to a specific line of business, focusing on partnership with senior and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
- You will take a data-driven approach to recommending impactful human capital initiatives with measurable returns on investment, including industry research and applying findings to recommendations.
- You will provide consulting and coaching to support leadership in solving large-scale personnel issues and assist business leaders in driving DISH's organizational culture throughout the organization.
- Evaluate organizational design and make recommendations to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with Corporate Compensation and Total Rewards teams to develop targeted strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Partner with People Operations Team to support the expansion of the HR Service Delivery Model through change management activities, consistent feedback loops, and process design.
- Provide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience providing HR support for large organizations (approximately 5000+ employees).
- 5+ years of experience supporting or partnering with senior and/or executive-level leadership.
We offer a competitive salary range of $96,250 - $137,500 per year, plus versatile health perks, flexible time away plan, and a 401(k) Plan with company match.
This role reports to the Head of HR, HR Business Partner Team, and travel demands vary but are estimated at less than 25%.
