Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our HR Business Partner Team, you will work closely with senior and executive leadership to drive business growth and organizational success.

About the Role
  • You will serve as a strategic advisor to a specific line of business, focusing on partnership with senior and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
  • You will take a data-driven approach to recommending impactful human capital initiatives with measurable returns on investment, including industry research and applying findings to recommendations.
  • You will provide consulting and coaching to support leadership in solving large-scale personnel issues and assist business leaders in driving DISH's organizational culture throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate organizational design and make recommendations to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Work with Corporate Compensation and Total Rewards teams to develop targeted strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  3. Partner with People Operations Team to support the expansion of the HR Service Delivery Model through change management activities, consistent feedback loops, and process design.
  4. Provide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience providing HR support for large organizations (approximately 5000+ employees).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or partnering with senior and/or executive-level leadership.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,250 - $137,500 per year, plus versatile health perks, flexible time away plan, and a 401(k) Plan with company match.

This role reports to the Head of HR, HR Business Partner Team, and travel demands vary but are estimated at less than 25%.
