**Job Summary**
As a Marlin Bar Sous Chef at Tommy Bahama, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of the Expo Station, Opening, and Closing according to company guidelines. You will possess complete knowledge of all food menus and recipes, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. Additionally, you will facilitate training programs and provide constructive performance feedback to kitchen teammates. You will also co-manage Team Meetings with the Front of the House and manage kitchen expenses to ensure budgetary compliance as requested.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Ensure timely execution of Expo Station, Opening, and Closing according to company guidelines
