Job Title: Business Development Director - BFSI Cyber Security

TCS USAAvance Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our US Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector through the sale of Cyber Security services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and grow the Cyber Security business within the BFSI sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the Account Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns to enhance prospect and client meetings.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in selling Cyber Security services and products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cyber Security industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to C-Suite executives.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting for new business and cross-selling within current accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a 'can-do' attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, TOGAF or SABSA (Enterprise Architecture).
