Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving business results, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience in our store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure success.
  • Business Results: Drive business results, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the local community, including local businesses and organizations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including financial management and inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College education in business or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the food service industry, including food safety and sanitation practices.
Working Conditions

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with customers, staff, and vendors. The position requires the ability to work in an open kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. The General Manager must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
