**Job Description:**

We are looking for a talented Business Expansion Manager to join our team at Nexford University. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across B2B, and B2B2C channels to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and enrollment targets
  • Act as the face of Nexford, leading webinars and presentations with employer partners and driving employee applications through innovative collaboration
  • Build and manage high-performing global sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering professional growth within the team

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on end-to-end sales, preferably in the EdTech/Education industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing remote global sales teams, with strong financial acumen and CRM system proficiency

**Compensation:** A competitive salary of $120,000-$130,000 base + Variable Bonus (100% of base salary based on performance)
