This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based in a dynamic environment. The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 on a direct hire basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and source high-caliber candidates through diverse channels.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate potential candidates.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience in recruiting for corporate roles such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and Administration is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably SuccessFactors, is advantageous.
