Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-caliber candidates through diverse sourcing methods.
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Formulate innovative recruitment approaches to attract qualified applicants.
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience is essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree is a prerequisite for this position.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors, is advantageous.
