  • Staff Scheduling: Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and ensure that the unit is staffed appropriately to meet the needs of residents.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and concepts to improve systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility. Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing administration.
  • Skills: Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
