Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Off Premise

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. in the Off Premise channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing commercial brand and channel priorities in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Commercial Execution: Develop and execute local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image in market, including distribution, merchandising, shelf management, and promotions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Analysis and Administration: Utilize tools to analyze ROI, track Point-Of-Sale, and monitor business performance.
  • Distributor Engagement: Set the example and motivate local distributor network to execute commercial brand and channel priorities.
Requirements:
  • 0-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the spirits and/or beverage industry.
  • Strong relationship building skills, collaborative spirit, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven success in formulating account strategies and executing against them to drive results.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the Jägermeister way.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills.
  • Frequent travel within territory required.
