Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and leading multiple contracted services with multi-million dollar revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and guest needs.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
- Client and Community Relationships: Manage the client and community relationships at the location, continually assessing operations, and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
- Service Improvement and Growth: Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, & contractual obligations.
- Financial Management: In partnership with Finance, manage a budget and assist in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Manage compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes and maintains all associated records and reports.
- Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Aramark's Business Conduct Policy at all times.
- Education: Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
- Experience: Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability leading through other managers.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
