Role Responsibilities:

This role oversees the team of Food and Beverage Associates and manages the daily operations of the Food and Beverage division, ensuring that our members enjoy top-tier service and high-quality food and beverage offerings during their visits or events catered by our department.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $20.80-$25.75 hourly, based on relevant experience.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house food service.
  • Relevant food safety certifications (Food Handlers, ServSafe, TABC as applicable).
  • Alcohol Server certification required within 30 days of employment if applicable.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage purchasing, storage, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment.
  • Experience with software such as Micros, CTUIT, and Compeat is preferred.
  • Background in high-end, service-oriented environments is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work within a high-performing team.
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
  • Servant leadership approach.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
