Senior Treasury Management Advisor I
Job Summary:
Western Alliance Bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Management Advisor I to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new Treasury Management business, expanding existing business relationships, and delivering Treasury Management services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and close of sale.
- Retain and grow customer portfolios through regular service reviews, calls, and industry training.
- Develop independent channels to prospect for new Treasury Management clients and manage the process to maintain a pipeline of potential targets.
- Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment, and service issues.
- Design customer-centric Treasury Management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle.
- Represent the Bank in the local and regional Treasury Management communities and in industry groups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a college or university and (1) or more years related experience or, four (4) or more years related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies, and procedures, with an emphasis in Treasury Management, credit facilities, or a combination.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit and payment products, and online technology platforms, sales concepts, and banking regulations.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range for new hires is generally $114,000 to $135,187.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary range for new hires is generally $114,000 to $135,187.00 for Costa Mesa, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
