Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation Program Manager to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs and systems that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual compensation processes, including merit increases and bonus awards.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and advise on new hire offers, internal job changes, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Conduct market analysis and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and fairness.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Managers to align on job evaluations and compensation practices.
  • Manage job descriptions and implement a job description tool to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Annual AAP requirements and investigate inequities.
  • Develop and deliver effective communications for compensation and recognition programs.
  • Track incentive performance and provide required accruals and adjustments to Finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of progressive employee compensation programs experience.
  • Proven experience in compensation program analysis, design, and administration.
  • Experience managing large datasets and using data aggregators.
  • Experience conducting market analysis and determining market salary and total compensation data.
  • Trusted steward of highly confidential data.
  • Highly flexible and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Solid organization skills and dedication to quality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Human Resources or Compensation experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience with administering compensation programs using Advanced Compensation.
  • Knowledgeable of Finance and the impact Compensation has on financial statements.
  • Leading company-wide processes and implementing new HR/compensation systems.
