Job Description

We are seeking a bright, talented, and motivated individual to fill an administrative position in our Recruiting Department. This is a Full-Time, non-exempt position within our corporate offices in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication with various teams across the company to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
  • Data Management: Accurately process and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Information Processing and Distribution: Efficiently process and distribute information to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Department, including tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Task Prioritization and Adaptability: Prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate a team player mentality, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
