Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled PRN Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for employment opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source candidates using available resources.
  • Conduct telephone and personal interviews with candidates, verify credentials, and conduct background checks.
  • Manage applicant database/tracking system and track recruitment costs and success.
  • Coordinate and attend recruiting events, including job fairs and company recruitment presentations.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new hires, create offer letters, and ensure necessary paperwork is completed.

Requirements

  • College degree in Human Resources, business, sales, or closely related field, preferred.
  • (2) years' experience in recruitment, required.
  • Previous healthcare recruiting experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for corrections, a plus.
  • Previous agency recruitment experience, a plus.
