Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance-related tasks, including background checks and drug testing.
  • Maintain and organize employee records.
  • Coordinate events and meetings effectively.
  • Address HR inquiries from employees.
  • Perform administrative functions for the Human Resources department.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for onsite work, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00.
