Position Overview:
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about enhancing the candidate experience as a Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator. This role will facilitate full-cycle recruitment for both union and non-union positions across various corporate and plant settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a team of recruiters in managing union and non-union recruitment across multiple locations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, processes, and documentation.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct data collection and reporting, including managing requisition logs and developing recruitment scorecards.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition, such as reporting, meeting scheduling, data entry, and coordinating candidate logistics.
- Oversee post-offer and pre-onboarding processes, including background checks and drug screenings, while communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Talent Acquisition operations practices.
- Generate content for the Talent Acquisition SharePoint page and other employer branding initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a high-volume recruitment environment is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analytics, and familiar with applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and compliance regulations is preferred.
