Position Overview:
The role is for a Senior Executive IT Support Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and process support to high-level executives and their administrative teams. This position demands a superior level of technical expertise, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with executive personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day premium technical support for PCs, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing systems, and business application software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to executive operations.
- Coordinate with higher-level support teams for complex IT challenges while maintaining ownership of issues until resolution.
- Support executive-level conferences and corporate events, ensuring seamless technology integration.
- Engage in regular check-ins with executive staff to address ongoing technical needs and perform routine IT maintenance.
- Be available for on-call support to address urgent executive requests outside of standard working hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support, particularly for executive-level personnel.
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies, as well as network connectivity.
- Experience with Skype Enterprise Voice and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices.
