Healthcare Account Executive

A Place for Mom is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving lead generation, and growing our business in the South King County region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive lead generation and move-ins to our senior living communities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Deliver presentations and educate families on their care options and how A Place for Mom can assist them
- Work closely with our Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver on sales targets and grow our business
- Utilize our CRM and internal tools to analyze reports and develop a pipeline of potential leads
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Knowledge of the senior living industry and hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel daily into accounts in the South King County region
- Competitive base salary and uncapped on-target earnings
