About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play a critical role in managing sourcing activities for our Corporate Headquarters. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fill various positions, including Director-level roles. Your goal will be to design and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies that attract top talent and create a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement search strategies to identify qualified candidates for corporate positions.
  • Manage temporary requisitions and contractor assignments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine agency fees, assignment length, and IT onboarding.
  • Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Utilize various sourcing and ATS software to manage the recruitment process.
  • Post jobs on external sites, including networking platforms and industry-specific associations.
  • Participate in career fairs and other events to promote our employer brand.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct intake calls and debrief meetings.
  • Manage candidate correspondence and ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices.

About the Pay:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) profit sharing, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

About You:

We're looking for a creative and motivated individual with 2+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience. You should be familiar with applicant tracking and recruiting systems, have strong influencing skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
