Job Title: Chief of Staff to a High-Net-Worth Entrepreneur

Bloom Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team. As a key member of our family office, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our principal's personal and family life.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Serve as the principal's liaison for all staff-related matters, ensuring efficient communication and execution of the principal's directives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of current household operations and develop a scalable, flexible model to accommodate growing, complex needs while proactively addressing future challenges.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, including controls, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and allocation of funds across lifestyle, business, and dependent expenses.
  • Project Management: Project manage and prioritize tasks amongst staff and contractors through software tools like Asana.
  • HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for household staff.
  • Meetings and Events: Coordinate and manage high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and special events for the family.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and advisors.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide strategic support on ad hoc projects such as property and vehicle acquisition, home renovations, tax optimization, and residency planning across multiple markets.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an operational role within a family office or similar high-net-worth environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful in finding solutions to complex issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth individuals, family members, and diverse staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptability: Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen is desired with a background in finance, accounting, or business management.
  • Discretion: Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. Trustworthy and always acting in the best interest of the principal.
